Smoked Beef Jerky


1 pound flank steak, spruced and cut into thin long strips
½ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp powered Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp powder of onion
2 tsp freshly grinded black pepper
4 garlic of garlic

Preparation Method

Take a resealable plastic bag and put soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Cayenne Pepper, black pepper, onion powder and garlic except meat. Mix all the ingredients properly in the resealable plastic bag. And then add steak to it. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate it for 1 hour. By the time the meat gets marinate make the smoker ready for 4 hour smoke at about 150 degrees.

Take a sheet of foil and spread out the marinated meat in an even way. Place it in the smoker for 3 hours or when the surface turns black. Wrap the steak slackly with the foil. Continue smoking 1 or 2 hours more or till the moisture is completely removed and the meat is well dried.
