PS Seasoning Company Information
PS Seasoning and Spices was founded in the late 1931 by its founder Mr. Harold Hanni. The Hanni family earlier relied on old world cheese and sausage making skills to stretch their resources during those tough times. Harold returned to his family after serving his country in the Korean War, and shared his love of sausage making with his five sons. Harold designed his own Smoker in 1976; and his pursuit of a safe smoker became a reality with the Model 100. Since then Harold and his sons began making smokers for grocery stores and specialty shops. Today PS Seasoning has a library of over 3000 existing blends and spices, smoker/ovens from 50 lb to 5000lb, a full line of sausage making equipment and every type of packaging available.
